Message: My fiancé and I had a great experience renting from E & B rental. We had a 3-month short term lease with them in Altoona. Although the apartment had its quirks and may need some updates (the carpet was stained for example), the rent price was extremely reasonable, and we didn’t get charged much on our deposit back. The staff and management at E & B is one of the best we have ever rented through. They were easy to communicate with, always friendly, and attentive to our needs as renters. I’ve found most landlords to be rude or challenging to work with, but E & B was always so professional and courteous. I would definitely rent through them again.

Message: We have never had any problems with E&B Rentals or any of the staff that works there. In fact Marlo was nice enough to give us a chance even though we didn't have much of a rental history and what we do have isn't the greatest. It does take a while for cosmetic things to get fixed but emergent concerns/fixes have always been super quick. Communication is key and Marlo has always been very accommodating. As long as you're paying your rent and your bills on time, you shouldn't have any issues renting from E&B Rentals.
